Have you ever judged a book by its cover? The eyes can be very misleading if you rely only on them to make your decisions because what you see is not always what you get. This can be correlated to our hearts; what our hearts believe is not always true! We live in a world where people are chasing after what they want, but is it the right thing to chase? We tend to run from one bad relationship to another without realizing or understanding that this is a pattern. We are often deceived into believing someone is who they really are not.
So, what is the solution? Join us as we use Biblical accounts to discuss chasing what you want, running from bad relationships, the art of deception, and more. Good, solid, and God-based relationships are based on the keys to what the Bible teaches us about relationships. Let’s learn from Jacob and Rachel, Joseph, Samson and Delilah, and others as we explore the concept of “What you see is not always what you get!”
